Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode panel which is improved in electric conductivity and durability.SOLUTION: A transparent electrode panel comprises: a first substrate; and a first transparent electrode positioned on the first substrate, which contains a first electrode and a second electrode, and the first electrode is positioned on the first substrate, and made of silver or copper, and the second electrode is positioned on the first electrode, and made of indium/tin oxide or tin oxide with fluorine doped therein. Thickness of the first electrode is 1μm to 10 μm, and thickness of the second electrode is 0.02 μm to 0.2 μm, and the mutually adjacent first transparent electrodes are separated only by 25 μm to 100 μm. The transparent electrode panel further comprises a plurality of first dummy electrodes positioned on the first substrate, and one first dummy electrode among the plurality of first dummy electrodes is positioned between two first transparent electrodes among the plurality of first transparent electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
