Abstract:
To provide an elevator which enables a transport device installed in the elevator to be easily cleaned, enables a bucket belt to be attached to or detached from a driving pulley and a driven pulley while keeping its annular shape, and enables easy assembly and replacement of the bucket belt.SOLUTION: A grain transport elevator 1 includes a transport device 3 which has a driving pulley 9, a driven pulley 10, and a bucket belt 11 and transports grains and further includes: a body 2 supporting rotary shafts 9a, 10a of the driving pulley 9 and the driven pulley 10; and a cover member 7 which can cover a side surface of the transport device 3 which is substantially perpendicular to the rotary shafts 9a, 10a. The rotary shafts 9a, 10a are not supported by the cover 7. The cover 7 is provided in such a way so as to be openable or closable relative to the body 2. When the cover 7 is opened, the bucket belt 11, the driving pulley 9, and the driven pulley 10 are exposed to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
