Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate unit structure such as a barbecue furnace or the like completed by transporting laminate units manufactured to be transportable by laminating porous laminate members in a factory to a site, and by laminating the laminate units at the site.SOLUTION: A laminate unit structure member comprises laminates laminated in at least two stages by arranging multiple porous laminate members, the laminated porous laminate members having at least one of vertical holes and lateral holes, and reinforcement materials penetrated into the at least one of the vertical holes and lateral holes. A first horizontal reinforcement having affinity with resin is stuck to undersurfaces of the bottom multiple porous laminate members with the resin, and a second horizontal reinforcement having rigidity capable of keeping the form during transportation and bonding with a cement system material is interposed between the upper and lower multiple porous laminate members. The cement system material is poured into the vertical holes and lateral holes of the porous laminate members and spaces between the upper and lower and right and left multiple porous laminate members to allow transportation of the laminate unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
