Abstract:
To provide a tray with higher durability as compared with conventional ones.SOLUTION: A tray 10 of the present invention includes: a positioning inside surface 21 in which an inside surface 20S of a storage recess part 20 abuts or is adjacent to a side surface of a load 90; and a bulging inside surface 22 bulging laterally from the positioning inside surface 21. Then, among corners between a bottom surface and the inside surface 20S of the storage recess part 20, a corner between the positioning inside surface 21 and the bottom surface that can interfere with a lower surface outer edge part of the load 90 is provided with no chamfered surface, while a corner between the bulging inside surface 22 and the bottom surface that cannot interfere with the lower surface outer edge part of the load 90 is provided with a chamfered surface 43. Thereby, while stable storage and positioning of the load 90 are realized, durability of the tray 10 is improved due to relaxation of a stress concentration and a wall thickness increasing effect due to formation of the chamfered surface 43. In addition, since a relief groove 40 is formed at an outer edge of the bottom surface 30 along the positioning inside surface 21, an interference with the lower surface outer edge part of the load 90 can be reliably prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
