Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lamination peeling of a body part of a tube container for cosmetics, enable photographic printing with high precision, print on an entire surface of the tube body part including a side seam, increase a speed of a printing process, and respond to make-to-order production in a small lot at low cost.SOLUTION: On a body part of a laminate tube container adhered at a side seam and cylindrically shaped, a print layer is formed on a surface of an outside direction of a laminate layer with resin layers laminated on both surfaces of a metal layer as an original roll, and an extrusion coat layer which is coated with transparent or translucent molten resin is formed on an entire surface of an outside direction of the print layer. Especially the print layer is preferably formed by anastatic printing, and primer which does not contain silicone material is preferably coated on the entire surface of the outside direction of the print layer.
