Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine unit and a turbo charger capable of suppressing the reduction of a turbine efficiency, which is caused by the dispersion of the pressure distribution of a fluid that flows into a turbine rotor and flows in a passage formed around the turbine rotor.SOLUTION: There are made equivalent the flow passage area of a first passage section at the upstream end of a scroll flow passage and the flow passage area of a second passage section at the downstream end of the scroll flow passage. This results in the small dispersion of the pressure distribution of a fluid to flow in a flow passage formed around a turbine rotor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
