Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an α+β type titanium alloy extruded shape using a Ti-Al-Fe-Mo-based α+β type titanium alloy having higher strength than Ti-Al-C as a raw material, and less in warpage and having fatigue strength and strength ductility balance equivalent to prior art even with having an acicular structure.SOLUTION: There is provided an α+β type titanium alloy extruded shape, containing Al:4.4 to 5.5%, Fe:1.4 to 2.3%, Mo:1.5 to 5.5%, O:over 0% and 0.20% or less, C:over 0% and 0.08% or less, N:over 0% and 0.05% or less, Si:over 0% and 0.1% or less, further selectively one or more kind of Ni:0% or more and less than 0.15%, Cr:0% or more and less than 0.25% and Mn:0% or more and less than 0.25% and the balance Ti with impurities of total amount of 0.4% or less, satisfying a relationship of 1.4%≤[Fe]+[Ni]+[Cr]+[Mn]≤2.3%, and having a metallic structure with an acicular structure and average of old β particle diameter of 300 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
