Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic junction device in which a junction object is hardly damaged, when pulling out the junction object from between a horn and an anvil after ultrasonic junction; and to provide a manufacturing method for a power storage element.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic junction device includes a horn 2 to which an ultrasonic vibration is imparted, an anvil 3 for sandwiching a junction object together with the horn, and a separation part 4 for applying at least either of force facing to the anvil from the horn and force facing to the horn from the anvil to the junction object, when the horn and the anvil are separated mutually from the sandwiching state of the junction object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
