Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic weld device capable of forming an annular weld part in which, weld parts are continuously formed without discontinuity.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic weld device 1 comprises: a rotor which is rotatable around a shaft O, and performs an intermittent rotation in which rotation and stop are repeated; rotation angle regulation means for regulating a rotation angle of the rotor during the intermittent rotation time; a reception mold which is disposed on the rotor, and an annular continuous salient part 31 is formed; and a horn 4 which is operated to approach and retreat to the reception mold, which sandwiches a welded body with the continuous salient part 31 during approach time and stop time of the rotor, for transmitting ultrasonic vibration to the welded body. The rotation angle regulation means regulates the rotation angle in the intermittent rotation to an angle A smaller than an angle B corresponding to a range S in which, a facing surface 41 of the horn 4 and the continuous salient part 31 are overlapped, in which the shaft O is a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
