Abstract:
本発明は、紫外線殺菌消毒方法及び装置を提供し、当該紫外線殺菌消毒装置には、低圧紫外線ランプを1つまたは複数配置し、前記低圧紫外線ランプの内径はΦ30〜36mmで、パイプ電流密度0.250〜0.800A/cm2である、または内径はΦ26〜30mmで、パイプ電流密度0.280〜0.850A/cm2である、または内径はΦ20〜26mmで、パイプ電流密度0.300〜1.100A/cm2である、または内径はΦ15〜20mmで、パイプ電流密度0.340〜1.350A/cm2である。本発明によると、紫外線殺菌消毒装置の紫外線量を上昇させ、殺菌消毒能率を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
