To install an exhaust system component at the lower part of a vehicle body without narrowing a cabin space and without overhanging the lower side of the vehicle body.SOLUTION: An undercover 1 installed to cover a bottom face of a vehicle body 2 includes a cylindrical inflow port 11 provided at an upstream end 1a and flowing-in exhaust from an internal combustion engine 3, an exhaust port 12 provided at a downstream end 1b corresponding to a rear part 2b of the vehicle body 2 and opened in a flat wide shape, and an exhaust flow passage part 13 connecting the inflow port 11 with the exhaust port 12 and extending in a flat plate shape over a region 20 corresponding to a cabin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
