Abstract:
The system for fitting a band whose ends are held by a clip (3) around a cable harness uses a band with indentations (6) which are on the outside when the loop is formed. The lips (7, 8) of the clip fit into these. The novelty is that the tops of the indentations slope or are rounded. An Independent claim is included for a method for fitting a band whose ends are held by a clip around a cable harness using the system.
