Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unmanned work device capable of maintaining a predetermined altitude without use of a distance sensor.SOLUTION: An unmanned work device 1 for performing predetermined work comprises: flight control means for controlling autonomous flight of the unmanned work device; a string-shaped member 20, the one end of which is connected to a body part of the unmanned work device 1 and the other end of which serves as a free end 20a; ground-contact detection means for detecting that the free end comes into contact with ground, when the unmanned work device 1 is positioned in the air; and altitude maintenance means for maintaining altitude when it is detected that the free end comes into contact with the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
