Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and properly detect clogging of a secondary water circuit, in an indirect heating type water heating device.SOLUTION: A water heating device 100 includes: a primary water circuit 27 in which water, subjected to heat exchange with refrigerant by a heat exchanger 21 and heated, circulates; and a secondary water circuit 28 that is connected to the primary water circuit 27 through the heat exchanger 23, to which a tank 26 is connected and in which water circulates through the heat exchanger 23 and the tank 26. The water heating device 100 detects the inflow temperature of water flowing into the tank 26 and the outflow temperature of water flowing out from the tank 26, and gives a notification indicating that clogging of the secondary water circuit 28 occurs when the difference between the detected water inflow temperature and water outflow temperature is equal to or more than a first threshold.
