Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent flow-out of undissolved slaked lime.SOLUTION: In a water tank, a first interface meter and a second interface meter monitoring the interface position between a slaked lime slurry layer and a slaked lime solution layer are provided; a water feed pipe and a slurry pipe are connected to the water tank; and a control device controlling opening/closing of the water feed pipe and controlling agitation blades by a detection signal from the first interface meter and the second interface meter is provided. The control device allows charging of a prescribed amount of slaked lime slurry from a slaked lime slurry feed source while keeping a full-water state of the water tank; controls, after charging the prescribed amount of the slaked lime slurry, rotation of the agitation blades, controls to keep the interface by reducing feed water of the water feed pipe by a signal of positional rise of the vertically varying interface detected by the first interface meter, and controls to lower the interface to an undetectable position of the first interface meter by the first interface meter exceeding a sensing region of the first interface meter by closing the water feed pipe and stopping the agitation blades by a signal which makes the second interface meter detect the position rise of the interface.
