Abstract:
To provide a cinerary urn that is prevented from dropping out of hand even while being suitable for hand memorial services.SOLUTION: A cinerary urn 1 includes: an urn-shaped main body 2 having a body side abutment surface 22 for forming an opening 21; and a sealing part 3 having a first surface 3a having a seal side abutment surface 31 being brought into abutment with the body side abutment surface 22 in order to seal the opening 21, and a second surface 3b substantially opposed to the first surface 3a and having a substantially spherical surface. A pair of cutout parts 32 where an outer circumferential surface side is cut out is formed at both ends in the direction substantially parallel to the opening 21 of the sealing part 3, respectively, while leaving an inner circumferential surface side of the seal side abutment surface 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
