Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolated peptide or fragment thereof, which binds to HLA antigen and induces cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs).SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an isolated peptide has abilities of binding to HLA antigen and inducing cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs). The isolated peptide consists of a specific amino acid sequence or an immunologically active fragment thereof. The peptide consists of NEIL3 (Nei endonuclease VIII-like 3) or an immunologically active fragment thereof and may comprise the amino acid sequence, which binds to the HLA antigen, having the substitution, deletion, or addition of 1, 2, or several amino acid sequences.SELECTED DRAWING: None
