Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously and individually evaluate impedance of a positive electrode and a negative electrode.SOLUTION: An impedance measurement device 3 has a control unit 9 and a frequency response analysis unit 10. The control unit 9 inputs potential signals (or current signals) having different frequencies between a positive electrode 5 and a negative electrode 6 on the basis of input signals from the frequency response analysis unit 10, and outputs current flowing between the positive electrode 5 and the negative electrode 6 and potential difference between the positive electrode 5 and the negative electrode 6, which are measured according the input signals, as response signals to the frequency response analysis unit 10. The frequency response analysis unit 10 has a first measurement unit 11 measuring potential difference between the positive electrode 5 and a reference electrode 7, and a second measurement unit 12 measuring potential difference between the negative electrode 6 and the reference electrode 7; calculates impedance between the positive electrode 5 and the reference electrode 7 on the basis of the response signals from the control unit 9 and potential difference Vmeasured by the first measurement unit 11; and calculates impedance between the negative electrode 6 and the reference electrode 7 on the basis of the response signals from the control unit 9 and potential difference Vmeasured by the second measurement unit 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
