Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: a valve device in the conventional powder and grain measuring feeder has difficulty in flexibly adapting to characteristic differences of powders and grains, and moreover, has difficulty in being thoroughly cleaned every time the measuring target is changed while securing the accuracy of weight and also shortening the working time, and is increased in size and is thereby restricted in an installation location and movement; the conventional powder and grain dispensing and measuring device generally uses a vibrating feeder or screw feeder, however, its difficulty in switching control between rough filling (large input) and minute filling (small input) has been causing lengthening of measuring time; and further, the device has a complicated structure, causing poor disassembling and cleaning properties and thereby lengthening the switching time.SOLUTION: A valve body has a shape of an arcuate plate whose outer surface is swollen. A base end of a support part of the arcuate plate is pivotally supported, the supported shaft is actuated by an electric cylinder to pivotally move the arcuate plate along the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
