To prevent inflow of irregular flow generated in a valve chest to a valve port and a fluid outlet port, to prevent the irregular flow from acting on a tip end portion of a valve element as biased load including a radial component, to reduce noise in passing of fluid, and to prevent uneven abrasion of the valve element and a valve seat portion.

In this valve device, the valve chest 11 is divided into a fluid inlet-side space 11C including a fluid inlet port 12, and a fluid outlet-side space 11D including the valve port 13 by a partitioning member 26 mounted in a valve housing 10, and a plurality of through holes 26B are formed on the partitioning member 26 in a state of being penetrated through the partitioning member 26 at equal pitches of rotating angle around the axis of the valve element 30, and communicating with the fluid inlet-side space 11C and the fluid outlet-side space 11D.
