Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of a rotation axis which can prevent a decline of surface pressure of a seal member and to provide a valve therewith.SOLUTION: A flow regulating valve 1 comprises: a valve main body 10; a rotation axis 30 which penetrates the valve main body 10, is provided rotatably around a central axis, and is columnar or cylindrical; a toric seal member 40 which the rotation axis 30 is inserted inward and is arranged so that the valve main body 10 and the rotation axis 30 catch it to a radial direction; an upper wall unit 10a provided to the valve main body 10 to regulate the movement of the seal member 40 to an upper direction; and a pressing force member 50 for pushing the seal member 40 to the upper wall unit 10a for the upper direction.
