To improve strength of a worm wheel at a lock portion of a drive spring.SOLUTION: A worm is arranged in such a manner as to be inclined to a virtual surface including an opening and a lock portion at which the other end of a drive spring is locked is formed on a peripheral wall of a worm wheel.
