Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a various type transport device and a various type transport and packaging device using the same that fill and package various types of materials into small bags by natural mixture while being transported in a large quantity.SOLUTION: A compact various type transport device comprises a plurality of hoppers 3 where a various type transport device 1 having cut-out function is integrally equipped with a packaging mechanism to store a plurality of kinds of materials 2 such as extra ingredients of convenience food, a cut-out cylinder 4 coupled with the discharge part of the hopper to cut out materials while rotating, and a discharge chute 6 for guiding the materials downward while being naturally mixed to make a small bag formation part 53 that fills materials discharged intermittently at a timing controlled by a closing lid 6b provided at the bottom of the discharge chute into a small bag formed from a packaging material, a small bag transportation part 55, and the packaging mechanism 50 having a small bag separation part 56 seal them in the small bag for transportation over a belt conveyor 57, and to mix and package various types of materials in a small bag at high speed and high precision without using a weighting mechanism, thereby markedly reduce a manufacturing floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
