To provide a vehicle battery pack which suppresses unfixing.SOLUTION: A flange 95 integrally connected to a housing 91 which houses a battery is fixed to a floor panel 310 by bolts 101. The housing has a bottom wall 93 and a side wall 94 erected from the bottom wall. An upper surface 70a, which is a part of an outer side surface 94b of the side wall, inclines from the tip side of the side wall to the placement wall side in such a manner that the upper surface 70a is spaced apart from a housing space of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
