To provide a vehicle body structure of a vehicle which can adjust travel wind flowing toward the vehicle rear and one side in a vehicle width direction into flow flowing toward the vehicle rear at the vehicle rear side of a sub frame 9.SOLUTION: A vehicle body structure of a vehicle includes: a first undercover 20 which covers the vehicle rear side of a sub frame 9 of a vehicle front part 1; and connection members 10 which connect the sub frame 9 with front side frames 7. The first undercover 20 includes: a first bottom surface part 21 extending along a connection direction of the connection members 10 and having a substantially flat plate shape; inner wall parts 22 and rear wall parts 23 respectively extending from an edge end of an inner side as seen in a vehicle width direction of the first bottom surface part 21 and a rear end edge of the first bottom surface part 21 to the vehicle lower side; a second bottom surface part 24 connected to lower ends of the inner wall parts 22 and lower ends of the rear wall parts 23; and protruding parts 29 protruding to the vehicle lower side at the outer side as seen in the vehicle width direction of the first bottom surface part 21. Each protruding part 29 includes a front surface portion 29b, extending from an upper end to a lower end to form a front surface, at its front end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
