Abstract:
To provide a control device of a vehicle that can improve fuel consumption, surely avoid engine stall, reduce energy for initial motion required in a rotary electric machine and improve drivability.SOLUTION: An ECM, when a predetermined fuel cut execution condition is satisfied (step S1:YES) executes fuel-cut to stop fuel supply to an engine (step S2). The ECM, if rotation speed of the engine falls down to first rotation speed higher than self-rotatable rotation speed during execution of the fuel-cut (step S3:YES), executes rotation-assist control so that an ISG is made to generate assist torque to assist rotation of the engine (step S7). Further, the ECM, if rotation speed of the engine falls down to second rotation speed lower than the first rotation speed during execution of rotation-assist control (step S8:YES), releases the fuel-cut (step S9).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
