To provide a vehicle rear part structure capable of improving aerodynamic characteristics of a vehicle by suppressing an adverse effect of an air flow blown from a rear wheel house during running.SOLUTION: At left and right corners 210 of a vehicle rear part, a plate-shaped projection part 400 projecting backward of the vehicle and extending in the vertical direction is formed in an area of the left and right corners 210 in the vehicle width direction.
