Abstract:
To provide a vehicular gear shift operation device configured so that a touch panel can be downsized as a whole and an occupant can easily switch a gear shift range.SOLUTION: A vehicular gear shift operation device 1 according to the present invention comprises: a touch panel 12 provided with a front range operation part 12a, a center range operation part 12b and a rear range operation part 12c that display range displays corresponding to gear shift ranges, which are arranged adjacently to one another; and an ECU 40 that switches the gear shift ranges of a vehicle in accordance with handling that an occupant touches the touch panel with a finger. In the touch panel 12, between the range operation parts are provided protruding parts 12f and 12g or recessed parts 12i and 12h which partition the front range operation part 12a, the center range operation part 12b and the rear range operation part 12c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
