To provide a lower vehicle-body structure of a vehicle capable of improving the support stiffness of a suspension supporting portion and contributing to the reduction of floor vibration.SOLUTION: Arm front-end supporting portions 20, each supporting a front end portion 12 of a trailing arm 11 of a rear suspension 10, are formed on lower portions of rear frames 6 extending in a vehicle longitudinal direction, and each arm front-end supporting portion 20 includes a U-shape portion 21 including an outer wall portion 30r, an inner wall portion 23 and a front wall portion 24 with a rear side being open when viewed from the bottom. The arm front-end supporting portion 20 has thereon forming an extending outer wall portion 30f extending from the outer wall portion 30r to a front side of the front wall portion 24. These outer wall portion 30r and extending outer wall portion 30f are formed by a side sill inner 3a joined to each rear side frame 6. Also, each arm front-end supporting portion includes an extending inner wall portion 40 extending from the inner wall portion 23 to the front side of the front wall portion 24 and joined to the rear side frame 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
