Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve cornering performance by taking into consideration maneu verability required for front/rear wheels of a front drive vehicle using asymmetri cal structural tires, and reducing understeer suitable for this. CONSTITUTION:In a tire installation method, an asymmetrical structural tire 1, whose one side part has a rigidity larger than that of the other side part of the circumferential direction of a tire, is used, and this tire is installed on a front wheel so that inside rigidity becomes larger than outside rigidity to a vehicle, on the one hand, and the same tire is installed on a rear wheel so that outside rigidity becomes inversely larger than inside rigidity to the vehicle, on the other hand.
