Abstract:
To suppress useless power consumption by a heater which heats a power storage device, by properly executing heat insulation of the power storage device which is charged by power from an external power source.SOLUTION: A control device for a vehicle including a power storage device that can be charged by power from an external power source, acquires a predictive departure time based on a deviation amount between a predetermined departure time that is set by a user and an actual departure time of the vehicle, derives heat insulation power to be consumed for insulating heat of the power storage device at a predetermined temperature by a heater until the predictive departure time in timing to stop a temperature rise of the power storage device and temperature re-rise power to be consumed for making the temperature of the power storage device re-rise by the heater until the predictive departure time after temporarily stopping the heater based on the predictive departure time and stops the heater in a case where the heat insulation power is equal to or higher than the temperature re-rise power, or controls the heater in such a manner that the heat of the power storage device is insulated at the predetermined temperature until the predictive departure time in a case where the heat insulation power is lower than the temperature re-rise power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
