Abstract:
To cause a vehicle to appropriately travel with one pedal function.SOLUTION: A vehicle comprises: a common pedal that accepts an acceleration operation and a deceleration operation that follow an amount of depression with foot; and a drive force control unit in which an amount of depression with foot and drive force of the own vehicle are related such that first drive force, which is the drive force of the own vehicle when the largest amount of depression with foot, i.e., the maximum depression with foot, is reached, is smaller than the maximum value of the drive force of the own vehicle, that makes the drive force of the own vehicle during continuation of the maximum depression with foot higher than the first drive force on the basis of the continuation of the maximum depression with foot, and that varies a second amount of change, which is an amount of time change of the drive force of the own vehicle during the continuation of the maximum depression with foot, on the basis of a first amount of change, which is an amount of time change of an amount of depression with foot in a predetermined section near the maximum depression with foot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
