Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan for a duct, capable of improving workability of cleaning and safety during cleaning.SOLUTION: There are included: a housing-like body frame 2 having a suction port 3 having an opened undersurface, and a discharge port 4 communicated with the suction port and connected with an exhaust duct 5 in the side surface part; a decorative panel 3b detachably mounted on the suction port side of the body frame; and a centrifugal fan 10 formed in the body frame so as to be taken in and out from the suction port, and detachably attached to a rotation axis 9b of a motor downward projected into the body frame. There are included in the body frame: a fan casing 8 having an opened undersurface and surrounding the outer periphery of the centrifugal fan to communicate the suction port and the discharge port; and a casing support part 7 for fixing the fan casing to the body frame. Furthermore, there is included a spinner 11 having an insertion hole to insert the tip of the rotation axis of the motor into, joined by a screw to a boss part 10aa provided in the centrifugal fan and a screw part 10e of the boss part, and joined the rotation axis of the motor to the boss part by gradually reducing a diameter of the insertion hole to tighten.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
