A conventional ventilation mat has a problem of impairing comfort of a seat including seating comfort thereof. A ventilation mat according to the present invention includes: a ventilation mat body (10); and a ventilation guide (20) with a fan attachment hole (21) provided at one end thereof, and the other end of the ventilation guide (20) being connected to a connection hole provided on a side surface of the ventilation mat body (10), in which the ventilation mat body (20) includes: a first base material (13) having an air-permeable three-dimensional structure; an air-permeable cover (12) configured to cover a surface of the first base material (22), the air-permeable cover (12) being formed of a cloth and being entirely air-permeable; a side barrier (11) configured to cover an outer periphery of the first base material (13) other than the connection hole, the side barrier (11) having an air permeability lower than that of the air-permeable cover (12); and an opening surface (15) that is surrounded by the side barrier (11) and exposes the first base material (13), and the ventilation guide (20) is a non-air-permeable tube, and comprises a ventilation path formed inside thereof by a second base material (22) having an air-permeable three-dimensional structure.
