Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship management device that can specify a navigation condition capable of exhibiting navigation performances higher than when the ship navigates under a predetermined navigation condition.SOLUTION: A ship management device acquires input data representing a predetermined navigation condition S1 and extracts conditional data corresponding to the input data S2. The conditional data is data which describes the combination of a navigation condition with a fuel consumption and is predetermined. The ship management device uses conditional data to identify the fuel consumption under the navigation condition the input data indicates S3 and determines a room for improving the fuel consumption S4. Thereafter, the ship management device generates and outputs monitoring data corresponding to a determination result S5.
