Abstract:
To provide a vessel with good energy saving performance.SOLUTION: A vessel includes a hull provided with or loaded with irregularities on a deck and a wind shield provided on the hull and having the irregularities reducing force received from wind coming from the front. The wind shield has at least one sail panel in a plate state, at least one sail panel is capable of being deviated between a closed position with a front surface projection area having a first area and an open position having a second area with the front panel projection area greater than the first area, and at least the force received from the wind in the back is capable of being converted to propulsion force of the vessel in the open position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
