Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an artificial stone material resembling to natural granite by forming a granular pattern material having a sharp-pointed shape and transparency.
CONSTITUTION: An artificial stone material for a pattern artificially produced using a resin as a main component is heated to high temp. and subsequently quenched to be ground to form a sharp-pointed transparent granular pattern material having no damage on the surface thereof. The granular pattern material 2 is mixed with the artificial stone molding material based on a resin and the resulting mixture is molded into a predetermined shape to be cured and the surface of the obtained molded product is shaven in a predetermined thickness.
