Abstract:
To provide an electret for which a step of implanting a charge is not required, and a vibration power generating element which has a long life because of using the electret.SOLUTION: A vibration power generating element has a configuration having an opposed electrode opposed to an electret electrode such that an inductive charge is generated to vibrate the electret electrode or the opposed electrode to move the inductive charge, whereby power is generated. The electret electrode has a configuration in which a first polar molecule is layered on a first electrode. A host molecule in which the first polar molecule is a wide gap material, is doped with a guest molecule of a narrower gap material than the host molecule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
