PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation device enable quick priority observation.SOLUTION: An observation device 100 includes: an imaging unit 110 configured to image a sample 300; a movement mechanism 130 configured to move the imaging unit 110; an observation side control circuit 160 configured to coordinatively control operation of the movement mechanism 130 and imaging unit 110; and an operation unit 140 capable of designating a priority observation position for a part of an object. The observation side control circuit 160 is configured to preferentially moving the imaging unit 110 to the priority observation position in coordinative control of the operation of the movement mechanism 130 and imaging unit 110 for observing a predetermined region containing the part of the object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
