Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat vinylidene fluoride resin molding, especially a mat vinylidene fluoride resin film suitable for interior and exterior materials of vehicles such as automobiles, which hardly sticks to a molding comprising other resin containing a plasticizer, has a chemical-resistant surface layer, hardly causes cracks, etc., to occur under an external force, hardly causes minute wrinkles to occur on the surface layer at a high temperature, is heat-resistant, and is excellent in surface dispersion of inorganic fine particles. SOLUTION: This molding is prepared from a vinylidene fluoride resin composition which comprises 100 pts.wt. resin mixture consisting of 30-80 pts.wt. vinylidene fluoride resin and 20-70 pts.wt. acrylic resin, 1-30 pts.wt. inorganic fine particles having an average particle size of 1-30 μm, and 0.5-10 wt.% (based on the inorganic fine particles) inorganic ultrafine particles having an average particle size of 1-50 nm. The composition is prepared by melt kneading those ingredients.
