Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye-sight inspection system capable of providing a more accurate result in eye-sight inspection.SOLUTION: An eye-sight inspection system 10 and a method of inspecting an eye of a subject include display devices 11, 12, 13 with which a visual acuity test optotype is visualized in at least one eye of a subject, and a control device 14 for controlling the display devices 11, 12, 13. The display devices 11, 12, 13 include screens 19, 30, 35 with backlight which contains an adjusting device for adjusting screen brightness of a screen to a peripheral brightness. The screens 19, 30, 35 have the adjusting device for adjusting screen brightness of the screen to the peripheral brightness, and the adjusting device has a measuring means for measuring screen brightness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
