Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking wagon visually recognizable by many audiences, and exhausting by effectively removing harmlessly harmful components such as soot generated during cooking.SOLUTION: There are included: an exhaustion processing mechanism I including an automatic car; and a heat cooking mechanism II via a suction filtration mechanism 2. The heat cooking mechanism II can be communicated with the suction filtration mechanism 2, and includes a downward contraction exhaustion mechanism 2A including a roll filter 11 in the center, and therebelow a two-stage constitution of a first filter mechanism cylinder part 12 and a second filter mechanism cylinder part 13 in the lateral direction is made via a direction inversion filtration part 14. There are included in the second filter mechanism cylinder part 13 in the lower stage, black lights 15 arranged in right and left surfaces, and an inclined ceramic filter 16 adhered with titanium in the middle. A blower mechanism provided with an exhaustion port 8 for accelerating an exhaustion amount is provided in the second filter mechanism cylinder part 13, and a large number of detachable filters are provided in a boundary wall between the respective filter mechanism cylinder parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
