Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer and a fastening structure, by which a sufficient locking effect is obtained at the fastened portion of a screw.SOLUTION: A washer 10 is used, in which a slit 13 extends from the side face 11a of a washer body 11 to the middle thereof while crossing a bolt insertion hole 12 and which is applied with a heat treatment. In a fastening structure for a bolt 20 alone, the washer 10 is interposed between the head 23 of the bolt 20 and a member 2, and in a fastening structure for a combination of the bolt 20 and a nut 30, the washer 10 is interposed between the nut 30 and a member 7. The bolt 20 is screwed to a position where a support piece 11B of the washer 10 is elastically deformed and inclined. In the formed fastening structure, the bolt 20 is inclined relative to the member 2, and in the latter fastening structure, the nut 30 is inclined relative to the bolt 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
