To provide a filter element washing method capable of washing a filter element contaminated with dirt, milk fat, or the like, repeatedly without causing the irregularity of a washing effect to certainly remove dust, lumps of skin milk powder, or the like, and being regenerated for repeated reuse, and an apparatus therefor.
The filter element washing method is applied for washing a cylindrical reticulated filter element to be washed and includes a process (1) for ejecting washing water to the peripheral surface of the element to be washed from the inside by a high pressure jet nozzle, a process (2) for subsequently ejecting washing water to the element to be washed from two washing nozzles fixed above the element to be washed, a process (3) for next ejecting alkali washing water to the inside/outside of the peripheral surface of the element to be washed by two washing nozzles fixed above the element to be washed. After the process (3), the processes (1) and (2) are again repeated.
