Abstract:
To prevent abnormal noise from generating when a spring receiver vibrates in such a way as to come in and out of contact with a diaphragm, in a water governor including: a valve seat 31 with a valve hole 31a formed for communicating a primary pressure chamber 301 and a secondary pressure chamber 302; a diaphragm 32 covering a surface of the secondary pressure chamber opposite to the valve seat; a valve body 33 located in the primary pressure chamber so as to face the valve seat; and a coil spring 35 interposed between a spring receiver 34, which engages with a flange portion 331a at the tip of a valve shaft 331 extending from the valve body, and the valve seat 31, the spring receiver being configured to be brought into contact with the diaphragm.SOLUTION: On a surface of a spring receiver 34 opposite to the surface that is in contact with a diaphragm 32, a pocket part 341 is provided so as to include: an end wall part 342 that faces a surface of a flange portion 331a that faces the spring receiver 34; a peripheral wall part 343 surrounding the flange portion; and a bottom wall part 345 that faces a surface of the flange portion 331a facing a valve body 33 and has formed therein a shaft hole 344 through which a shaft portion 331b of a valve shaft 331 passes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
