Provided is an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion which has a short manufacturing time and excellent storage stability, and which after being cured by irradiation with active energy rays (e.g. ultraviolet rays), forms a coating with a high degree of hardness and excellent adhesive properties to a base material. Specifically provided is an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion composition obtained by dispersing, in an aqueous medium, at least a polyurethane resin (A) having polymerizable unsaturated bonds and a compound (B) having polymerizable unsaturated bonds, said aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion being characterized in that the polyurethane resin (A) having polymerizable unsaturated bonds is obtained by reacting at least a polyol (a), an acidic group-containing polyol (b), a polyisocyanate (c), and a primary-hydroxyl-group-containing (meth) acrylate (d); and in that the total mass of the primary-hydroxyl-group-containing (meth) acrylate (d) and the compound (B) having polymerizable unsaturated bonds is 60-80 weight% of the whole solid resin content. Also provided are a photo-curable composition, a coating composition, and a coating-agent composition each comprising this aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion.
