Provided is a water treatment device capable of, from an organic component-containing treated water, recovering water therefrom and dewatering and concentrating same in an environment in which Bacillaceae are dominant. According to one embodiment, the water treatment device is provided with a rotary disk-type water treatment part, a membrane filtration part, a reverse osmosis membrane device, and a pH adjustment part. In the rotary disk-type water treatment part, a portion of a disk having, on the surface, a contact body for having a microorganism attached thereto is immersed in a to-be-treated water so as to treat the to-be-treated water while the disk is rotated. The membrane filtration part is for filtering the water being treated. The reverse osmosis membrane device separates the filtered water being treated into permeated water and concentrated water by means of a reverse osmosis membrane. The pH adjustment part adjusts the pH of the water being treated before the water is introduced into the reverse osmosis membrane device.
