Abstract:
網膜血管系の解析によりアルツハイマー病等の疾患を検出する方法を開示する。上記網膜血管系の解析により疾患を検出する方法は、小さすぎて他のイメージング様式では見えない複数のアミロイドベータ斑およびドルーゼンの画像を取得するために、光学レトロモード照射技術の組み合わせを適用することを含んでもよい。上記疾患は、指令を記憶した非一時的コンピュータ記憶媒体を用いて検出されてもよく、当該指令はそれが実行された時に上記網膜血管系の解析により疾患を検出する方法を実施する。上記方法では、所定の期間にわたる、上記疾患の、内腔厚さ、斑、サイズ、領域、および密度の変化を網膜血管系を解析することにより追跡してもよい。
