Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably repair a wear portion of a gas turbine component without generating any crack, and make hardness of the repair portion uniform.SOLUTION: A method for repairing a wear portion of a gas turbine component, which is for repairing a wear portion 32 occurring in a shroud of a turbine rotor blade as the gas turbine component, includes: a molding step of machining the wear portion 32 of the shroud to mold a molding part 33; a charging step of charging a repair material 35 with a joint material 34 used at the molding part 33, the repair material comprising a wearproof material and being a precise casting article; and a joint step of executing diffusion heat treatment to the turbine rotor blade into which the repair material 35 is charged, and executing diffusion joint between the repair material 35 and a base material 31 of the shroud of the turbine rotor blade through the joint material 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
