Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly notify police officers that there is a suspicious person in the vicinity.SOLUTION: A wearable camera 10 detects a face of a person included in a captured image captured by a capture unit, cuts out a rectangular image (that is, a face image) including the face from the captured image, and transmits cut-out data including the face image to a back end server 50. The back end server 50 receives the cut-out data from the wearable camera 10, and collates the face image included in the received cut-out data with face images registered in a suspicious person database. If the received face image matches a registered face image as the result of the collation, the back end server 50 notifies the wearable camera 10 of information on the person corresponding to the registered face image. The wearable camera 10 notifies a police officer 3 of the notified information on the person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
